Crimson Tigers is proud to teach several different styles of martial arts, including Karate, Kung-fu, Ju-jitsu and Kickboxing. This ensures that each student experiences a well-rounded martial arts program. Our classes are appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels. Martial arts addresses all aspects of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. Additionally, it builds confidence, honour, and respect for oneself and one’s peers.

Classes are age-appropriate – your children will have fun and not realize that they are learning and exercising simultaneously. Adults will find classes more challenging, but fun nevertheless.
